This Costa Rica tropical forest property has a water canal bordering one of the limits, connecting with Sierpe Canal, which have access to Tortuguero Canals and Tortuguero National Park in the Caribbean of Costa Rica. In the property there are a lot of different species of trees, such as caobilla, gavilan, almendro (Lapa´s food), manu (this are the Spanish common names). Another creek goes through the property, of 148 hectares, and there is a small lagoon, been an important corridor for wildlife and fishes. The access to this forest property is possible by ballast road.
