Costa Rica Properties Information

The 12 properties are located in Pococi, Limon, about 2 hours away from San Jose and with a strategic location in the Caribbean to build a house or to invest in a business project.

The twelve properties have a percentage of forest and pasture. Some of the properties have more open land area and others are almost 100% forest properties, giving you the opportunity to decide if builds your dream hideaway: from a tropical treehouse to a house standing on high piles (adapted to the tropical climate of the Caribbean); or to invest in a business opportunity: from a ecotourism project to a fish farming. The properties location offers great investment opportunities.

The owners, "Los Doctores", bought their first property back in 1989, and today they have decided to promote their properties for sale, rent or for investors interested in business partnership.

The properties have different sizes, from 19 hectares to 148 hectares. To arrive to some of the properties there is ballast roads and/or small trails, for other you still have to go by horses or walking, specially to the ones that still have more forest than open areas.
