Costa Rica Properties - Owner’s Donation Program
The owners have been involved with the community of this area
for many years, and now that they decided to sell their properties
they want to contribute with the development of the area or
with some organizations:
They have decided that a specific percentage (0.5%) of any
sale will be donated to an organization or foundation that
works in the area, and they have chosen some options; you,
as buyer, will decide which one you prefer.
The organizations they have chosen are:
- Asociación Agroecoturística Caño Sirena:
community association for agroecotourism development
- Finca Lomas School: the nearest school to the properties
- CCC: Caribbean Conservation Corporation (work with turtle
programs in Tortuguero)
- Also you can choose to make the donation to a university
student, in order to make a research study of the fauna of
the area.
Depending on each case, the donation can be a cash donation,
financing of a specific project, or the donation of products
and materials. |
